Call me stupid, wrong or cynical, but I do not see specifically and unequivocally stated on the spanish gov website that the new measures apply to TOURISTS, who are considered those individuals with no permanent residency in Spain even though they may own a house there.
This "all passengers arriving in Spain" and "must have either a certificate or a diagnostic test certificate (...)" sound generic to me as it does not say whether it applies to individuals who are not vaccinated and travel to Spain for tourism from a third country (such as the UK) ....

On every other website - including that of the UK Gov (which I distrust) - tourists are mentioned as benefiting of the new more open requirements. But where does the truth lie ?
All restrictions are due to be reviewed on June 15th. Lets wish for good news
