This "all passengers arriving in Spain" and "must have either a certificate or a diagnostic test certificate (...)" sound generic to me as it does not say whether it applies to individuals who are not vaccinated and travel to Spain for tourism from a third country (such as the UK) ....

On every other website - including that of the UK Gov (which I distrust) - tourists are mentioned as benefiting of the new more open requirements. But where does the truth lie ?
All restrictions are due to be reviewed on June 15th. Lets wish for good news
