Any advice on going through Alicante Airport with UK passport but as spouse of Irish passport holder who is a resident in Spain. I am not.

I think we have all documentation needed (translated and legalised marriage certificate) but wondering about passport control etc. Assume I present myself with husband in the EU line but as first time doing it, and I'm way beyond my 90 days here, would be great to get any advice about possible delays or complications anyone else may have experienced. Thanks

I don't think that they're checking/stopping anyone on the way out of Spain at the moment. You're more likely to get checked when you go through passport control on your return to Spain.

Hi, thanks for that. And is he a non resident of Spain who's stayed in Spain for more than 90 days on the basis of being married to you? Thanks again.

Ah right, will make things a bit easier and thanks. On the way back we're thinking we'll have to go through EU line together, with marriage licence available, as I'm only allowed to travel here on basis of being with the EU citizen but interested if others have experienced it. Thanks again.
