Hello everyone
Please can anyone give me any information on making a will. I do have a Spanish will but need to make an English Will for the UK. I do not have anything in the UK only a bank account. I only need a simple Will as I only have one child and want him to have what I have.
Any information would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time

Consider authorizing you child of your UK account. Problem is that in the worst case your heir will have to pay succession tax both in Spain AND UK.

I only have a Spanish will but have noted what will happen to my bank account and my investments. I don't have a UK Will. All was done by a solicitor in Spain
