Services for the blind

If you were a blind person living in Alicante how easy would life be? I have googled and there does not seem to be a lot of help over there for the visually impaired. I’m thinking of moving over there and as my mum was totally blind, she had a guide dog which thank goodness they retired her so I now have her as a pet. Would there be any way once over there that I could help with raising money for blind people over there? I have googled it and there is an association called once but there is no email address any ideas? My mum was quite well known in the guide dog world so I would like to set up something in her honour and name
