Did you find any groups? W are thinking of moving out to Spain and love the Orihuela Costa area. I'm a registered childminder in the UK and was hoping to use my experience to start up a childcare business of some sort either as a chidcare provider or running some sort of mother and child group in Spain but not sure if there is a call for it.
