Yearly parking is it from January to January or from month you start to following year

Used Eco Parking for the last 7 years.
I paid €250 the first year and still paying €250 for this year.
When I need to pick up my car I email them about 1 week before with my arrival date, flight number and arrival time and ask for my car to be washed.
About a week before I fly out I email my departure date and time.
Never had a problem with Eco Parking and the staff are very friendly.
Arrival earlier this year to a dead car battery but they started the car with a booster which enabled me to drive away and have a new battery fitted.
Can anyone recommend a reliable painter
