Good morning all, we bought a place here in almoradi last year, I'm here on holidays at the moment, I got water in my ear last week got drops from the chemist didn't work, I'm deaf in that ear now so I need to see a doctor to get help, where can I go,? I have a E111 card as im from Ireland.
You can go to any public hospital medical centre.
It's possible you will be asked to pay but if so get a receipt and claim it back when you return home.

For your information the E111 was discontinued many years ago. You should now have the UK Global Health Insurance Card (UK GHIC).
Thank you for that information, but I'm from Ireland & we do still use it.

We still use the E111 as I used it yesterday here in almoradi & yes Ireland is not in the UK so we have our own cards as you do from the UK.

Incorrect. E111 was replaced many years ago by EHIC (European Health Insurance Card)

That is correct, sorry I was still calling it the E111.
