I am new to the site - as I am looking to move to Spain in the region of Torrevieja hence found a couple of properties in Almoradi to view in June. I am really pleased to have found this site and read all the helpful advice on the site. It looks like there is a nice support network for the expats.

Almoradi is a great.little town,very friendly, lots of bars/ restaurants, a lovely main square by the church where, in normal times, loads of things happening. Great fiestas and processions. People meet there for a chat or drink, Saturdays are market days and Almoradi hosts.a great one. A small ex pat community, bus station , medical centre and many supermarkets a within walking distance and only 20 minutes from.the coast. Fantastic range.of apartments at very resonable.prices.Good luck.

I concur with everything that Sue has said about Almoradi. Don't hesitate to ask if it helps you narrow your options and especially if you have any queries about the buying process.

Hi Roop. If you want to be recommended solicitors, estate agents, etc, just ask the forum for advice as.most of.us have been through.the process and can give help to avoid.pitfalls etc.
