Yes, I agree it will be easy to change the spreadsheet. this is what I have had to do for the 2019 tax year. I calculate my tax every year (just to check the accountant has it right). Up until 2018 tax year my spreadsheet has been very similar to yours except I have extra things such as my wife's allowance. But for 2019 I have had to include two tax band columns. As you say, it's not a problem and I wasn't saying that your spreadsheet was wrong in any way, just that it didn't fit for the declaration this year.
It may be of interest for you to look at the website www.spenceclarke.com they show the tax tables for various regions of Spain.
