How do I pay the parking ticket (see attached photos), I got using my friend's Spanish car in Altea?
My friend will be back in UK for 3 weeks so any mail sent to them will not be seen and then the fine will double to 40 euros. Can I pay with this ticket at my Sabadell Bank?

Payment can be made at any parking meter selecting "anulación de denuncia".
