We haven't had our house villa long and have some pre-existing service companies for Pool and Garden.
I wonder if anyone feels it sensible to have a 'family' or person to look after or mange to look after everything, including occasional cleaning.
I suppose 'trust is the problem, as we would like to be able to communicate from the UK, now and again, ensuring thisngs at the villa or good and hearing if they are not. We have a very extensive security system so that may help but has anyone tried anything similar-and is it likely to work. We are thinking about this as we have already experienced some 'issues' between the Pool Company, the Gardener and our Electrician-who we are likely to need more of!
Any comments or advice would be very welcome. Just feel we'd like quite a personal, friendly service I we've been told we can't rely on 2 of our existing service providers as they are constantly looking for us to spend more and scare mongering about what we need to have done. Is this usual?
