France may be fully open but Spain is not. If you count as unvaccinated (for whatever reason) you STILL need to fill in a form and have a negative antigen test within 24 hours of arrival, or have proof of recovery. This is a minor inconvenience with antigen tests now costing about a tenner, all self-administered and proof using a phone app, but it's extraordinary that this restriction is still in place when most other countries have given it up. If you're travelling into Spain overland, it would seem sensible to carry an antigen test with you.
