I own a house in pedreguer and spend 2-3 months per year in it , so ai am considered non resident , can someone let me know about the fees That a legal advisor takes per year to take care of the paper work concerning the payment of the 3 taxes in March , October and December
And can you advise of a legal advisor in denia , pedreguer , Ondara .... who would take care of the paper work

It seems to me that you are in need of a Gestor, not a legal professional. Alternatively if you have a Spanish bank account, all you need re the taxes are to set up Direct Debits. The fees charged by lawyers will be substantial, a Gestor's fees will be around €40 - €50 per annum. Direct debits cost nothing.

I don't live in any of those areas but I do use a a firm of English speaking solicitors in Albir to do all my tax returns.
I have used Express Legal Solicitors of Albir for all my legal requirements including residency, healthcare, driving licence exchange and payment of taxes. Always been satisfied with the services.
