Hi, many thanks for your message, I'm coming over to Javea on Saturday the 5th of Feb for the weekend to look for accommodation, but I'm planing to come over for the 1st of March and hopefully stay on a 1 year work visa, I would be very interested in talking with future regarding any work you may...

... have, regards Mark.

There is nothing like a year long work visa....

To gain a work visa you need to be sponsored by the future employer in Spain. He has to prove that there is no EU person to fill that position.

If you do gain a work visa you will be required to apply for residency within the first 90 days. You will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements.

My partner is a resident, for 18 years, she has registered a building business, so I will be working for her as sub contracting out so I will invoice for the days I work there
