maybe not weekly but you can purchase trips at some tobacco shops

You can buy a travel card from the bus driver and put money on it at the same time, i think €10 minimum plus €2 for the card. When used you get the ticket slightly cheaper and you can top it up anytime with the driver.

When you do this your ticket is 70 cents as opposed to 1.60€ you do not need a card for each person, just present the card and you can ask for as many tickets as you need
