Hi and welcome to the Forum, a good starting point would be to read through Jim's Guides using the tab at the top of the forum homepage.

Hi,

I agree that Jim's Guides contains very valuable information.

I retired early and now live in the Rincon area of Benidorm. My OH and I love it here in Benidorm although there are several towns locally that are just as nice but tend to be to quiet during the winter months.

If you are thinking of living here after Brexit it may prove to be a little more complex that before. You will need to prove that you have enough income to satisfy the authorities that you won't become a burden on the state. You will need full healthcare ( i understand that the S1 healthcare scheme wont be available for new applicants after Dec 31st 2020) all is explained in jims guides.

If I can help further don't hesitate to ask.

We had a new 50ltr water heater supplied and fitted by Dragon Reforms of Benidorm.

It cost €400 but this was 2 years ago.
