For starters you wouldnt be resident for tax purposes. And that would suit me.
Hi Mitch,
If or when you have gained the NLV and move to Spain you are required to apply for residency within the first month otherwise the NLV becomes invalid so failing to register for residency puts you back to the 90/180 day rule. Staying past the 90 days will make you an illegal immigrant and all that entails.
