Hi,
Our villa was broken into a few days ago, it is empty at the moment and we can't get out to Spain to report it to the local
police station.
Can I phone from the UK to report it and get a Denuncia for the insurance company.

No, you or your legal representative (POA) must show up in person not later than 7 days.
