I will be visiting Benidorm on Wed 14th to Wed 21st to try and find a suitable long term rentable flat to spend my retirement. I am a widowed male pensioner with a good disposable income and reasonable bank balance. I am seeking a 1+ or 2 bedroomed apartment with a maximum rent of 1000 Euros a month.I would appreciate any good advice and information that would assist me in my quest.

Regards,

Steve Fagan

I wouldn't say any of them were "best"

It's a matter of visiting all agents that you see and find out what is available. €1000 a month is quite ample to get a very nice place.

Don't forget about the 90/180 rule or visa requirements.

Thanks for your quick reply. It was encouraging to say the least. I hoping that I will be directed to some assistance in the short time I will be there. It will be just to see properties and gain as much info to assit me in settling there. All advice and information will be gratefully received.

Once again thank you.

Steve

When I was searching for accommodation I used the following website. It contains most properties for rent by both private landlords and letting agents and will also provide you with a good idea of prices overall:

www.idealista.com

Poniente Beach has become very expensive to rent and to buy in. I live in this area and have noticed prices have 'sky rocketed' over the last 18 months.

Good luck in your search.

I didn't receive the address for the website you used for your search. I am interested in getting as much info as possible

before I come over to benidorm.

Thank you for your reply.
