Your insurance company would be your first port of call...
otherwise if you want to pay upfront, there are private hospitals here but as to costs and availability you will have to contact them.. Easily searched thru your favorite search engine.
Dialysis is free in Spain with a GHIC or EHIC. However it must be booked in advance and your provider in UK should do this for you.
Many are private and will cost you anywhere between 150 and 300 euro so ensure they choose a Spanish NHS centre. I don't know Benidorm but I understand the dialysis centre there is in Villajoyosa, Torrevieja has a specialist dialysis centre attached to the main hospital.
You need to get it arranged with at least 3 months notice from UK before going on holiday.
So, contact your team in UK at least 3 months before you go and see if they have a list of Spanish public hospitals that do this. Make sure you have an up to date EHIC or GHIC.
