My friend and I are arriving to Benidorm this weekend and she is still suffering the effects of an accident and is not very mobile due to continued hip/leg pain. Is it still possible to hire a scooter without some kind of valid documentation as to a person's incapacity? If so, recommendations for hire companies would be much appreciated. Thank you.

If you are staying in a hotel it would be worth checking that they will allow them inside.
