Where do you live now and what passport do you hold, EU or UK?
If its a UK passport you will need a work visa. You will be unlikely to gain a work visa for that profession as Benidorm is awash with unemployed chefs and cooks.

If you hold an EU passport, you must be prepared to prove that you are as good as all other EU passport holders who are looking for a job, and can offer something different.
If you hold a UK passport, then you must be the last person on earth to apply
