It is illegal to sell canabis in Spain but you can purchase HHC vapes from a couple of shops in Benidorm. Similar effects to THC but it is legal.

Not true cannabis is 100% legal in Spain. It's illegal to sell it on the street and you are allowed upto 3.5 ounces or 100grams for your own use, as long as it's not in individual bags which could be seen as street selling they are ok. There are many cannabis shops/cafes where you can buy it over the counter. I have informed the poster of the nearest place to the ambassador on another post where she asked the same question.

We were informed that it was illegal to sell it by the shop owner so we took that to be the case.

We must look for a shop that sells it. Maybe you could PM me the same details you sent to the OP

Stargate in Albir is a legally registered cafe, you can go there and become a member or just buy it over the counter and smoke it there whilst having a drink or a game of pool or sot on the terrace and enjoy the sun, there have an Instagram page amd I assume an Facebook page as well but I'm not on fb so couldn't say for sure. You can also grow it in you own home but be aware that it will need more water than a tree.

I think that there are some shops selling it in the high end of town.

Most Spanish that I know all smoke it and they get it from their mates and smoke before work. Don't be afraid to ask the staff in the bars either. Its a very sensitive subject with certain people but nowadays it's more common than alcohol most bars have someone who will get it for you. But I would seriously recommend going to the cafe and buying it legally.
