I'm not sure that they do many freehold bars in Spain??
There will be loads for sale though (leasehold) as many people give up when they find them too much work for too little profit.
Best to go over and search for one. Don't be tempted to part with any money/deposit before viewing in person to make sure the sale is genuine.
