Hello everyone!
I moved to Benidorm on 9 January with my British husband.I m EU citizen We rent the apartment,we both get the NIE. I have the padron aswell,and this Tuesday my husband got appointment to get his empadroniamento.I have bank account and private insurance health(as Sabadell don't open the account without private health insurance),because I m not employed yet.All ok till here..Now..we have exactly one month left and in this time I will want to apply for residency,but I still don't have the job,as the season just about to started(I could have job actually but because I don't talk spanish good enough,I have to go to work to the hotel when will open).My questions is...Can I apply for residency without job?(probably I 'll get the job but I might not have the contract in time) ,and which documents I need it?And my husband,can apply for residency?He is on state pension from Uk.Wich documents he will need it aswell?🤔
I will be very grateful if someone can explain to me on here.I keep reading the citizen advices but there not specified...as I don't have a job...etc.
