Hi Yvonne,
My Dad has Coeliac disease and I´ve found Mercadona supermarket has the widest range. Apparently, a member of Mercadona´s founding family was diagnosed with Coeliac some years ago, which has led to them becoming the leading source of gluten free products in Spain.
