Can anyone recommend: Air conditioning engineer

Hi I am looking for an engineer to move an air conditioning unit from a ground floor apartment up onto the roof terrace. Apparently although the unit has been there for over 15 years the community owners are saying it was wrongly installed.They are also saying that there are some repairs to be done as the unit has leaked down to garages below. I am in the UK so any help would be appreciated.
