Where are the bus stops for Orihuela.

Yesturday Wed 24th May, on advise from the bus company website stood at the supposed bus stop outside Mas y mas to catch the bus to Orihuela. The bus did not turn up neither did the one after turn up, I sat at this bus stop for 40min but the decided it was a loss cause and went for lunch and a coffee in Bigastro. I asked a lady in Mas y Mas was the bus stop out side official and was it in use she told me No but didn't know where the bus stop was for Orihuela.

Could anyone help with some info or advise on where bus stops are in Bigastro and which bus stop goes to where? As there is NO information on what looks like bus stops.?

From what I can see it looks like the bus stop is at Calle Velazquez, 19-21.

Mind you, using Google street view, I don't see a parada.

I asked today at a local cafe after another attempt to catch a bus at the bus stop at Hyper supermarket it didn't turn up neither did the later one after standing in the Sun of 40min, the only bus stop that the bus drivers are willing to stop at is located near the church just oposate the tobacco shop. I asked why is this and its because the local streets are to narrow, so the bus drivers avoid the offical bus stops and in a sence illegaly stop at this one unofficial stop. I've contacted the bus company and the assured me they DO stop at the offical designated stop, but the drivers don't, you even get dropped off on the duel carriageway outside the furniture store (un-official stop) which doesn't even go through Bigastro. Very wrong and very illegal.
