I need to get a "padron" to confirm my Bigastro address. I understand I can obtain at the local town hall but what paperwork do I need to take with me? And do I need copies? If so, how many?

Looking for a cleaner to sort out my static caravan in between visits. Also needing a meet and greet service to hand over keys and explain where the gas, electric and water services are located.

Would ideally suit someone in the Bigastro area.

I have a toilet cistern constantly slow-leaking into the toilet bowl. Can you recommend a preferably English speaking plumber - my spanish is not technical enough to discuss toilet mechanics!
