Does any know where I can get an easyjet approved fit to fly test on 14 August?

Look at this info in link Testing times, where to find Antigen and PCR tests on the Orihuela Costa. Yesterday DAM was not bookable for the Cabo Roig clinic.
May I say its really not Easyjet approved but UK Gov approved please see here

I assumed you query was fit to fly test to go to UK and that is the basis for my info.
My wife used DAM last week and we would recommend them but at the moment they are not taking bookings for there Cabo Roig clinic. I believe this is due to a building problem however you have a few weeks yet so they may reopen soon
I have booked with Vitalicum - clinica Los Altos for Saturday I will let you know how it goes.
I suggest you keep a close eye on the situation as things may change.
Hope you get it sorted.

Will be interested to hear if Los Altos clinic test goes ok as very near for us . Is it U.K. approved ?

The test process and result etc was excellent. The test type is antigen rapid test colloidal gold. They tell this is ok for UK.
