We use eco-parking now we have bought a car, we were in the same frame of mind do we buy, drive our own down or bite the bullet and buy a car, after weighing everything up we decide to buy and fly out rather than spen 6-8 weeks at a time out with our UK car.

A friend uses Eco-Parking and has been for 5 years and found them faultless, you drop your car off at the compound and they run you around in the minibus and collect you at the terminal in the minibus and take you to the compound to collect your car which is 2 minutes away. 

250 euros for the year with a number of car washes free cant remember now but a couple anyway also you can have them do ITV or servicing if required, our first run over is next Wednesday so lets see how it goes.

So we bought a car from one of our neighbours at a good price especially as second hand cars in Spain are a lot more expensive than the UK!

We use the “meet and greet” service from Euro Parking at Alicante airport that costs around €300 per year for 12 pick-up/drop offs. You do everything via their website and then just ring them as you are clearing security and your car will be there waiting when you arrive (outside Costa Coffee).

Same applies when dropping the car off, just ring them when you are 15 mins away from the airport.
