Hi Everyone!  New resident to Cabo Roig and I just say we love it!  Spending too much on hiring cars and thinking of buying a second hand car  locally.  Can anyone help guide me where to buy and where to avoid?  Assuming a dealer is safer?  Any guidance would be really appreciated!!

Would recommend Auto Roig, they have two sites either side of the Cabo Roig roundabout on the N332. Bought from them earlier this year and was well looked after by James. All the legal stuff was sorted by him, change of ownership, new ITV( MOT ), service and warranty, help with getting insurance.

Just to reiterate the previous post. Bought a car from Auto Roig, James was my contact and have to say delighted with how things went. Even helped out with the insurance. Happy hunting. Iain.

We came here to settle a year ago. We bought our car from Cabo Roig Auto. We got a Kia Rio automatic and never had a moments trouble. Salesman, James, is English and very helpful.

Seriously though, it's not that difficult, my first experience of left hand drive was two years ago when the agent on our viewing trip let me have a go at driving his car, turned out it was an automatic, also a first. Since then I have made two driving trips from near Belfast to Dublin / Rosslare and then Cherbourg to La Zenia, turned out okay and was a great journey broke up with some overnight stopovers. In addition now driving regularly around the Costa. Go for it and enjoy yourselves.

Bought my Hyundai i30 from Costa Cars just off La Zenia roundabout on N332. Bought it 15 months ago had a problem with ESP no brake lights Costa Cars replaced brake switch for me free of charge. Thanks to William the owner for wonderful aftercare for your customers. They sort all log book change, insurance & itv for the car you purchase. Look on line for Costa Cars to see what they have in stock.
