Why as the gardens not been cut or the pool cleaned properly in las calitas

Its highly unlikely that anyone on this forum will know, you'd be better off asking neighbours, or (if you're in a community) then the president or administrators.
Btw - I can't find anywhere called "las calitas" in Google maps!
