My name is Corinne and I live in Lomas De Cabo Roig. I would like to set up an art painting group for during the winter months, it
would be open to all levels from beginners upwards. Does anyone have any experience in either oil or acrylic painting, and is
prepared to be the mentor.

Hi I currently run art classes on Monday and Thursday mornings at my studio in Dolores from 10am until 1pm. Subjects covered include the fundamentals such as perspective, colour theory, composition as well as painting techniques like water colours, acrylics and oil paints. I specialise in Hyperrealism (paintings that look like high resolution photos but are actually hand painted) and invite you to visit my website www.zlotogoura.com to see more of my work.
The classes are 15€ for 3 hours and the first lesson is free, all you need to bring is a sketch pad, pencil and your creativity. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hi, I like your work, however, I'm not into hyperrealism. Look up Bob Barker on google, I've copied a few of his paintings. That's
more my style. Where is Dolores ????????. Only been in Spain 1 year.

Glad you like my work. I checked out Bob Barker, his work is very interesting.
The class is more about understanding perspective which will allow you to create your own compositions both from observation and imagination. It also covers colour theory to enable you to match colours with great accuracy as well as help you comprehend colour harmonies. You will have opportunities to try different painting mediums such as water colours, acrylics, oil paints, chalks and pastels and pick up many tricks and tips to use them along the way.
Dolores is about 20 minutes from Torrevieja, next to Almoradi, direction Alicante on the A7. Just a thought, if you are both coming from Cabo Roig you could share a ride. Or if you got a small group together and have a space to practice I could come there.
