Body wash to repel mosquito
Hi i saw a post about a body wash from mercadona that helps keep mosis off, i bought this in the body wash section but its not foamy its more like baby oil, have i got the wrong stuff, what is this? Thanks

Yes. It's baby water the Spanish use for their babies to keep the mozzirs away. Usually they are with lavander or lemon infused, but not strong smelling.
Folk day it's great, but I have to mix it with isopropyl 90, per cent, and a small bottle of the orange coloured repellent in mercadona too

Boots insect repelent with 50% deet works well for us. No bites at all .
Hi… Nenuco Agua de Colonia is what you are looking for, it’s in the baby section. It works for me but not my husband. The best mozzie repellent we’ve found is called Tabard. I bring it over from the U.K.

Could you post a photo or at least the name of what you’ve purchased please.
The baby cologne which is mentioned by other posters isn’t a body wash ( as in shower gel) nor is it oily. Most of use the baby cologne for a few reasons, ie it’s cooling, it makes you smell nice and it for some people helps deter flying insects.
So if you’ve bought something that’s oily it’s definitely not baby cologne.
