Oh god 🤣🤣🤣,,I hope I pick it up,,maybe I'll buy an automatic so at least I wont have the gear stick to worry about
We have a holiday home in Cabo riog near the beach love it.Very quiet in winter months. I think it’s only the urbanisations that have constant flow of people all year around. Also take the exchange rate into consideration €1 08 to the pound Is a very low rate. Makes purchasing a property much more expensive. Good idea to rent at the moment.Hopefully will go up when Brexit is sorted. Goodluck with your move

How lovely near the beach,,yes the exchange rate is awful, it's so hard at the moment, so much to consider with Brexit, and covid isnt helping anyone either, but yes I was thinking I will rent first for a while anyway so I can have a good mooch round and see which area would be best for me to buy,,as you say hopefully sterling will be a bit stronger and rules for new uk buyers in spain will be known,,thanks v much for the info 😊

Good idea - the best place in Torrevieja to live is Lago Jardin 1 and I stress 1 not 2 opposite the orange groves - fabulous😃
