Ray I live in Scotland (not a Nationalist) where we are looking more at the science and have moved away from some of UKG’s worst excesses following the example of Wales and NI.
The UK poulation is only a little higher than italy and not hugely different to Spain so even by these comparisons we have not done well - look at Germany (who were prepared).
In death rate per milion of populaion we re actually worse than Italy and catching Spain quickly!
On what basis do you think UKG is getting more scrutiny than elsewhere - have you not seen the protests in Spain and elsewhere. i think our government are getting off very lightly and the opposition have said that they will not criticise them unless absolutely necessary while the crisis is ongoing - there is hypocracy all over it.
