Hi, I've decided to try my luck and move over in September. I've booked my flight and I'm going to book a holiday let for two weeks, use it as a base to search for a long term let.

Is September a good time to find a place.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Do you have UK or EU passport?

If you have a UK passport you will need to apply for a visa and all that entails.

Make sure you speak to a financial adviser, familiar with Spanish taxes before making a trip for residencia

There are no covid restrictions now except wearing a mask in certain places.

Don't forget that you are required to sign on the foreigners register within the first 90 days of entering Spain.

Yes  late September onwards is best to secure a long term rental.
