Hi. Thinking of selling my 2 bed ground floor apartment on San Jose 11 fase 11. What is the cheapest way to sell? Via estate agent or one of those companies I’ve seen that sell for a set price? Thanks

The best way is to get quotes from both types of estate agents to compare prices and services.
You will also need to factor in for multiple companies “selling” your property.
Also check which platform they use to sell the property

Don't get trapped. Never hand any original documents to anyhone nor permit him to accept money on your behalf. Carefully read and be aware of the consequences of whatever you sign.

Thank you, has anyone ever used these companies and i'm guessing you pay upfront so you need to know you'll get results
