Did you not visit Cabo Roig at all, when you had your property in Torrevieja? Cabo Roig is a five minute drive from Torrevieja, so I’m sur you never went to visit. Especially as it must have the largest concentration of Irish bars outside of Dublin.

Which area are you asking about - beachside, La Regia side or Lomas?

Hi. We bought an apartment in Lomas last August. The area is quieter than the strip however we are a 10 mins walk to the commercial area where there are about a dozen varied restaurants and a few bars, some offering live entertainment. I would say a car is desirable as there are a lot of amazing restaurants within a 5 mins drive. Although not on beach just a 5 mins drive to beach. No issue with parking at all, never noticed a foul smell and really good value for money. Good luck
