Thank you..... and thanks everyone for your input. I walked La Regia and liked it a lot. I did walk up to the highway and it was very quiet. Beachside sounds great but it sounds like I should not look too close to the strip. Tempting to be in the middle of the action (55.... semi retired and single) but if I end up not sleeping it's an issue lol.

As long as I am 10-15 minutes walking distance to the strip and beach it's perfect.

That's another great option! If they are 10 minutes from the strip, I will look for sure. Thank you! I hear La Zenia Boulevard is a great place to go for entertainment as well as shopping?

Zenia Boulevard is the biggest shopping mall in Alicante Province with everything from Primark to designer shops and a variety of restaurants, or sit in the Plaza and people watch, there is a programme of entertainment there also, about 20 minutes walk from La Zenia roundabout on the N332.

Hi i live near the strip but not on top of the strip just around the corner. I dont think it is too noisy at all but i guess that depends what you want and what you are used too. I prefer to be close to everything.

DEFINATELY beach side as they are easier to re-sell. La Regía has so many props for sale but not as popular  the strip is a good centre point but Iv had places in Cabo Roig for nearly 20 years and I wouldn’t buy on the main strip Road try at the back and a block or two In this is a better option as it isn’t as noisey in summer months and u don’t hear music from clubs and bars 😉

Thank you! Great info. How about beachside in La Zenia? There seem to be some nice 2-beds for sale in that area and I believe it is still only 10-15 minutes walk from the Cabo Roig strip? Cheers!!

Beachside in La Zenia is perfect, half way between the activity of Cabo Roig Strip and La Zenia Bars yet far enough away from the noise, also the benefit of being a short walk from the Beach.

Look at rojales benemar around that area very nice and only 20 mins to caboroig and 10 mins to guadamar. Nice and quiet but walking distance to bars etc.

Hi Andy, we bought in Colinas de la Regia last summer, it’s on Calle Talco. Our apartment has the motorway at the back but it’s about 100 yards away and down in a dip so we can’t hear it, but the best thing about it is we’ve no one behind us or ever will be. We’re 10 minutes walk from the Strip, 15 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes walk from either La Zenia Boulevard or Paddy’s Point. Colinas de la Regia is a gated complex and it’s very quiet which is what we wanted but near enough to all the amenities which is also what we wanted. Happy holiday home hunting, hope you find something you fall in love with like we did.

All the best,

Trish.
