Hi B6 and welcome to the forum,

Are you able yet to recommend the company that's doing the remedial work to your store carpet please?

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Kim …we’ve totally given up with stone resin as it’s been a disaster for us so currently getting quotes for re tiling the complete area …really wished we’d never considered stone resin ..as I said earlier as much as I’d like to name and shame the stone resin company who did  ours …I can’t for legal reasons !

Hi B6,

Thanks for that - we're coming around to the same conclusion.

Kind regards,

Kim

Several people I’ve spoken to since we’ve had problems have agreed …I’ve seen various negative

reviews on their web site that strangely disappear very quickly ?

Here’s an example ..I asked the one partner on the phone  “ approximately how many solariums have your company done without problems?” His answer ..100’s  ..the other partner couple of days later ..20 ???

Hi B6,

We had a very large area done at the back of our property, after we saw the same product in a friend's garden.  It's non-slip properties are excellent for around the pool, but hopeless when you sit furniture on it because it breaks it up - and they don't warn you about that.  In hindsight, we shouldn't have had such a large area done and just confined it to a couple of feet around the perimeter of the pool.

Are the people re-doing your solarium lifting the stone carpet before they re-tile?

Kind regards,

Kim
