Thanks for your reply thought of that but my PC is still in storage in the UK and I do not have a land line here. 

But searching the Web I do belive the local post offices are equipped with fax machines but I need to wait untill they open on Monday.

 Cant help with a fax machine but make sure the Correos ( & anyone who sends you mail) have your correct address , .. Your location on here says Cabo Roig but you say you live in La Zenia, did you have a CR address? It's so easy to overlook small details when you are busy - for 3 letters to go astray I think it's a problem with your location. Check with neighbours if they use anything differently  for the postal service, & ask if they receive mail via the Correos.

Working fax machines are rare & Ive seen the question asked before on here...Do you have a Locoturio  (phone shop)   or a Post Room, nearby  they might be able to help?

Yes I have found that the address here are a bit strange compared to UK I did ask the letting agent but did not have much idear but have supplyed one the the electric compony use and there letters get here. Also the redirected mail from UK is getting here. I am going to the Post office on Monday to see if thay can help. 

As for phone shops can't fin any around here (la zenia) I think there is a mail shop in Torrevieja that may be able to help there is also two phone shops in Cabo Roig that I may try on Monday.

There is a phone shop in La Zenia, it's called the Dog n Bone - close to the blue footbridge over the n332. There's also a post room in Villamartin Plaza.

Thanks for the info the  shop in Villamartin Plaza is a bit far away from as I do not have transport but the Dog n bone is very near will try wnen it opens on Monday.
