Dangerous Crane slewing over us
For the past 6 months we have had a gigantic crane hanging over our heads most of the time. The builder has mounted this crane virtually on the border wall between our house and theirs. They just leave it hanging over our pool terrace and roof. I have asked the ayuntamiento many times to intervene and ask the builder not to leave it in this position. I have asked the builder Tenza who quite frankly doesn't give a damn. We are perpetually cleaning the seagull droppings from.our outside area. My husband power washes our terrace and all round our pool. It's a health hazard. My husband has fluid on his lungs and is waiting for a hospital appointment for a lung function test. He is being tested for Histospasmosis a disease caused by bird droppings. He's coughing all the time, very short of breath, dreadful headaches and aching limbs. I have tried to contact health n safety but nobody owns the problem or they say its not on their remit. Now l understand that building has to go on abd god knows l want this to be over however not at the expense of our health.
It is very depressing, we cannot sit outside and have not been able to enjoy the peace of our home. If anyone knows who.l can contact who can do something about this please 🙏 get in touch.
