Because it’s cheaper and someone said it might not be as good as Repsol. Is it ok ?

It's all the same now. You will see the tankers all getting their fuel from the same place. Some companies put additives in but there is nothing wrong with the fuel from the cheaper places.

I had a friend in UK who owned a small independent petrol station and he was always the cheapest in the area by a good margin.

He told me he got his supplies from the same sources as the big boys but took the leftovers the tankers had after they had done their rounds as the very last thing they wanted was to take it back to the refinery so he got it at a low price which he passed on.

I imagine similar probably applies here too.
