Does anyone know of any support groups for people with Parkinsons disease, also for their care'rs in Castalla or surrounding areas.

Help Vega Baja provides support in Costa Blanca South and it appears that Costa Blanca North is served by Help Marina Alta. Their website doesn't specify the areas they cover, but it does include contact details, so you could give them a call of drop them an email:
