Hi, I am a self-employed British builder, qualified both in the UK and Germany. Am moving permanently to Castalla in mid-September after 27 years of living in Germany. I speak English, fluent German and basic Spanish. Please contact me if you need any building/renovationwork done.

Thanks for your well-intentioned comments. My wife is Spanish and self-employed so we are familiar with the ropes. We are also fortunate enough to have a trusted and experienced Spanish administrator who has handled our paperwork for a long time.
I guess it is a bit of maze for first-timers!!

This tradesman is top quality - very pleased with the work he has done for us in Germany. Furniture very professionally finished to our exact requirements. Our loss is Castalla's gain!!
