Thinking of buying and am wondering about the price of electricity as it seems to be high from what I've gathered.can anyone give a rough estimate on the yearly running costs of say a two to three bedroom villa with a decent size pool?

Ours is a three bed finca with a pool. 2017 electricity total was €1309.

Thanks once again Kim this was more than helpful. Do you really only spend 200 euros a month on food as our food bill here for the two of us is roughly £90 per week not that we smoke or drink so is Spainish food really that cheap?best regards dave
