Hello Wheeler1,
you need to 1st register and get a Padron from the local Ayuntamiento (Council offices- in Catral)
YOU then go to the Local Medical Salud in Catral and show the "Padron" document and your SIP Medical Card / passport etc..
To use a translator there is a local Catral lady I can reccomend Spanish to English translations -
named Claudia PH: +34 711 064 165
WhatsApp +34 625 878 739
I have used her services and she is excellent.
All the Best of luck
i We are out here for 90 days and have not yet registered for a SIP card. If I see a doctor I assume I nerf to pay for a translator. The other alternative is to see the private doctor on Alannia Costablanca who speaks English. I am finding it painful to walk as hand Pulled a ligament in my knee. Have been resting and now my feet and legs are swelling. Don’t know which route to go down as go home on 26th M

A SIP card is only for full time residents.
