Hello, we just moved from andalucia to catral

.now the Sipcard is not working🙈

We have had contact with Holland and they send an email to Alicante INSS with all the info from us.

Do we have to wait now? We have 3 children so we want to go to a doctor when we have to ..

Thanks , Regards Claudia And Maarten

Have you signed on the padron in Catral? The SIP card is linked to the padron.

Have you actually visited your local health centre in person? To explain your problem.

You have moved from one autonomous community to another, so now have to be in the "Comunidad Valenciana" system.

I moved here from Baleares and it was no trouble to change the card. After all people are moving from one community all the time.

Good luck and welcome.

Cheers, J

If you don't speak Spanish get a translator to go with you to the Centro de Salud in Catral.

There is no point in surmising as to why you should go to a different office, (sounds strange to me) find out exactly, and if you have to go to Torrevieja  get them to make an appointment and go with you.

Good Luck,

Cheers, J

I think the OP means she had to attend INSS which is in Torrevieja. Once they have done their bit you go to your own medical centre to get registered.
